Methodology

Our belief is that quality can be improved through adherence to defined process and the application of methodology:

• In data discovery – we aim to generate superior insights through integrating data from disparate sources which are typically separately considered. This is explained through our Data Anatomy Methodology.
• Through our Tape Processing Methodology – our results are more predictable, cycle times are faster and errors reduced through adherence to a process which we document in all of our cases.

Across the range of our work we aim to measure and analyse key metrics in order to improve performance and reporting.
